The house was perfect for our family ski vacation. We had plenty of room for our extended family with little kids, it was perfect. The house is so well equipped we were able to cook full meals in the well equipped kitchen. It was even decorated for Christmas which was wonderful as we were celebrating Christmas with family we couldn’t be with. Perfect New Year’s trip with great weather and skiing.

Chris was a five-start host. He was incredibly responsive and proactive and the house was perfect for our group. Everything was comfortable and super easy! We would not hesitate to rebook.

Chris was a great host - check my in with us and giving lots of local recommendations! The location is ideal not trapping you up the hill if you want to explore nellysford and other surrounding areas!

Really wonderful place- lots of amenities, great kitchen, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, Blackstone griddle, fire table and more. Nice sunsets, very peaceful neighborhood. Chris was one of the best hosts I’ve worked with- very proactive, clear communication, friendly and extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! The house had many amenities and was a reasonable distance to many wineries. Chris offered thoughtful suggestions, and was quick to respond to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous house! Usually when we bring our dog, I settle for a less than ideal house. But this house was fabulous - spotless, lots of space to hang out with our family, and beautiful. Chris was incredibly responsive. We will come back!

Perfect place to stay along 151. Beautiful neighborhood and the home had everything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again and Chris was very proactive with his communication prior and during our stay.

Thanks to Chris for a wonderful stay at his property in Wintergreen. The house was perfect for our two families with four adults and three kids, but could comfortably accommodate a bit more. Everything is spotless and in good working order. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and I enjoyed walking the area with my dog. It's an easy drive to Charlottesville and orchards. Chris is proactively communicative. We highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 8. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen that made cooking together easy, and we loved spending time out on the deck and around the fire pit. The location was ideal — close to so many great wineries and breweries, especially perfect for a fall getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic place to relax with friends or family!
